Testimonials
The driver arrived ten minutes early and was waiting with a smile. After four days in the hospital, that kind of reliability felt like a gift. Clean van, smooth ride, friendly service.
– Joseph H.
I coordinate rides for my father from three time zones away. The online booking is straightforward, and I get text confirmations for every pickup and dropoff. Technology and compassion working together.
– Albert S.
Getting from my house to the vehicle used to be the worst part. The driver pushed my chair over the bumpy sidewalk carefully and even noticed a crack I usually struggle with. That awareness matters.
– Hazel D.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a ride?
The quickest way is to call 877-369-5457 or use the "Book a Ride" button on this page. For non-urgent appointments, a day or two of notice helps us plan the best route, but we can sometimes accommodate same-day requests in the Revere area.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule?
Give us at least 24 hours when possible, particularly for early-morning trips to Boston hospitals where Route 1 and Sumner Tunnel congestion can affect timing. Recurring patients — dialysis, radiation, therapy — get a standing schedule so every ride is already confirmed.
What if I need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
Mention it when you schedule and we'll match you with a wheelchair-accessible van fitted with a ramp and secure tie-down points. We accommodate manual chairs, power chairs, and scooters.
Can a family member or caregiver ride with me?
Absolutely. A companion — whether a family member, caregiver, or friend — is welcome to ride along at no additional charge. Let us know ahead of time so we can plan seating accordingly.

What is NEMT?
NEMT stands for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation — a dedicated ride service built for patients who need help getting to and from healthcare visits but whose condition doesn't call for an ambulance. Appointments like dialysis, post-surgical follow-ups, and routine checkups all fall under NEMT.
The people who rely on NEMT most are seniors who have stopped driving, individuals with disabilities, and patients whose health makes operating a vehicle unsafe. Our fleet includes wheelchair-accessible vans, stretcher vehicles for riders who must remain flat, and sedans with drivers trained to offer hands-on walking assistance.
Typical NEMT trips include recurring visits such as dialysis three days a week, radiation treatment, and physical therapy, along with one-time rides home after outpatient procedures or hospital discharges. Ultimately, NEMT exists so that transportation never becomes the reason someone misses the care that keeps them healthy and independent.
Powered by Modern Technology
Every ride we provide is powered by Duet, a leading NEMT software platform. For you, that means real-time vehicle tracking, dependable scheduling, and clear communication with your driver from pickup to drop-off.
More Than a Ride
When a family calls us, they're entrusting a parent, a spouse, or a close friend to our care. We honor that trust at every step — from the first phone call through the moment your loved one is safely home. Our promise is straightforward: you should never have to worry about the ride itself.
