Why Choose Us
Everett is a compact city, but getting to the right medical facility on time still takes planning — especially when that facility is across the Mystic River in Boston. Testimonials
The wheelchair-accessible vehicle was ready when I was wheeled out. No waiting in the lobby, no confusion. They had everything coordinated perfectly with the discharge team.
– William E.
My brother has intellectual disabilities and needs rides to his day program five days a week. The drivers have been wonderful with him — patient, gentle, and always on time. It's transformed our routine.
– Walter F.
My husband's wheelchair weighs over 300 pounds with him in it. The driver didn't flinch — just deployed the ramp and guided him in like he'd done it a thousand times. Total professional.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a ride?
The quickest way is to call 877-369-5457 and speak with our team directly. You can also use the "Book a Ride" button on this page. A day or two of notice is ideal, though we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule?
A day or two ahead is ideal. Everett itself is small, but morning trips to MGH or Tufts via I-93 can run into heavy traffic, so earlier notice helps us plan the best route. Dialysis and other recurring appointments can be placed on a standing schedule with one initial call.
What if I need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
Just mention it when you schedule your ride. Our fleet includes vans outfitted with ramps and four-point securement systems, ready to transport manual chairs, power chairs, and mobility scooters safely.
Can a family member or caregiver ride with me?
Absolutely. A companion is welcome on any trip at no additional cost in most situations. Mention it during booking so we can confirm seating and let the driver know to expect a second passenger.

What is NEMT?
NEMT stands for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation — a dedicated service that gets people to and from healthcare visits when they cannot safely drive on their own but do not need an ambulance.
The people who rely on NEMT include older adults who have given up driving, individuals managing disabilities, and patients whose medical condition makes operating a vehicle unsafe. The fleet ranges from wheelchair-accessible vans with ramps and securement systems to stretcher vehicles for those unable to sit up, plus sedans with drivers trained in walking assistance.
Common rides include recurring appointments like dialysis three times a week, radiation therapy, and regular doctor visits, along with one-time needs such as hospital discharge pickups and outpatient surgery rides. The aim is straightforward: help people reach the care they need so they can stay healthier and more independent.
Powered by Modern Technology
Every ride we provide runs on Duet, a leading NEMT software platform. You get real-time vehicle tracking, consistent scheduling, and direct communication with your driver from booking to drop-off.
More Than a Ride
Every time someone books with us, they're placing a parent, a spouse, or a close friend in our hands. We don't take that lightly. From the first phone call to the moment your loved one is safely home, everything we do is shaped by one promise: no one riding with us should ever have to worry about the ride.
