Non-Emergency Medical Transportation in Boston, MA
Safe, reliable rides for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Why Choose Us
Boston is home to some of the best medical facilities in the world, but getting to them shouldn't feel like an ordeal. Whether you're heading to Massachusetts General Hospital on Cambridge Street, a dialysis session at DaVita Boston Dialysis, or a specialist appointment at Brigham and Women's Hospital in the Longwood Medical Area, navigating narrow one-way streets and congested corridors takes more than a rideshare app. We provide professional, door-to-door medical transportation across Boston and Suffolk County for dialysis appointments, hospital visits, specialist care, and the everyday rides that keep your life on track — from Sunday services to grocery runs in your neighborhood.
Every ride begins at your front door. Our drivers greet you, help you to the vehicle, and make sure you're settled before heading out. At your appointment, they're there waiting — or they come back the moment you call. It's the kind of care we'd want for our own families, built on the understanding that the person riding with us is someone you love and trust us with.

Testimonials
Post-surgery transport shouldn't be this good, but here we are. On time, spotless vehicle, driver who actually cares. I've recommended them to everyone in my recovery group.
– Frank L.
I live far from my parents and can't drive them to their frequent medical visits. This service has been an absolute godsend. Reliable, affordable, and they treat my parents like family.
– Keith H.
My husband and I both use wheelchairs. They accommodated both of us in one vehicle for the same appointment. The drivers secured both chairs and we rode together comfortably. Wonderful service.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a ride?
The easiest way is to call 877-369-5457 or hit the "Book a Ride" button online. Scheduling a day or two before your appointment lets us match the right vehicle to your needs and lock in your preferred pickup time.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule?
A day or two of lead time works best, particularly for trips to the Longwood Medical Area during peak hours when I-93 congestion runs heavy. Dialysis and other recurring appointments get a standing schedule so every ride is already confirmed.
What if I need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
Absolutely. Just mention it during booking and we'll dispatch a van equipped with a ramp and tie-down system built for manual chairs, power chairs, and scooters. Every wheelchair vehicle in our fleet is maintained to keep you secure and comfortable throughout the ride.
Can a family member or caregiver ride with me?
Yes — companions ride free in most cases. Whether it's a spouse, adult child, or home health aide, they're welcome to join. Mention it when you schedule so we have the seating arranged.

What is NEMT?
NEMT stands for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation — a specialized service that bridges the gap between needing medical care and having no safe way to get there. Riders use it for dialysis treatments, post-surgical pickups, routine checkups, and hospital discharges when an ambulance isn't necessary.
The service exists for seniors who no longer drive, individuals with disabilities, and anyone whose condition makes operating a vehicle unsafe. Fleets include wheelchair-accessible vans with ramps and secure tie-downs, stretcher vehicles for patients who must remain flat, and sedans staffed by drivers trained in hands-on walking support.
Most NEMT passengers have recurring needs — dialysis three mornings a week, radiation therapy, or rehab sessions that stretch for months. Others need one reliable ride home after surgery. Either way, the purpose is the same: removing transportation as a barrier to staying healthy.
Powered by Modern Technology
Every ride we provide runs on Duet, a trusted NEMT software platform that delivers real-time tracking, dependable scheduling, and direct communication between you and your driver from booking to arrival.
More Than a Ride
When a family trusts us with someone they love, that responsibility guides everything we do. Our drivers treat every passenger the way they'd treat their own parent — with patience, respect, and genuine care from pickup to front door. That's not a slogan. It's how we operate, every ride, every day.
