Non-Emergency Medical Transportation in Jamestown, NC
Safe, reliable rides for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Why Choose Us
Jamestown is a quiet town, but getting to medical care here means heading somewhere else — and that somewhere is usually High Point or Greensboro. Whether you're going to High Point Medical Center just a few miles west, a dialysis session at Fresenius Kidney Care right here in town, or a specialist at Cone Health Moses Cone Hospital across Guilford County, you need transportation that knows the area and shows up on time. We provide professional, door-to-door rides for dialysis, hospital visits, doctor appointments, and the everyday trips that keep life on track — grocery runs, church, or lunch with the grandkids.
Every ride begins at your front door. Our drivers greet you, help you to the vehicle, and make sure you're settled before heading out. When you're done, they're waiting. It's not just a ride — it's the kind of attention you'd arrange for your own parent, built on the understanding that the person in our care is someone's whole world.

Testimonials
The driver arrived ten minutes early and was waiting with a smile. After four days in the hospital, that kind of reliability felt like a gift. Clean van, smooth ride, friendly service.
– Joseph H.
I coordinate rides for my father from three time zones away. The online booking is straightforward, and I get text confirmations for every pickup and dropoff. Technology and compassion working together.
– Albert S.
Getting from my house to the vehicle used to be the worst part. The driver pushed my chair over the bumpy sidewalk carefully and even noticed a crack I usually struggle with. That awareness matters.
– Hazel D.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a ride?
Give us a call at 877-369-5457 or tap the "Book a Ride" button right here on our site. A day or two of advance notice is ideal for non-urgent trips, but we can sometimes accommodate same-day requests based on availability in your area.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule?
A day or two ahead is plenty for most appointments. For recurring trips like dialysis, we lock in a standing schedule so you never have to rebook each week. Since Jamestown residents often travel to High Point or Greensboro, plan extra buffer time for rush-hour traffic on I-85.
What if I need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
Just mention it when you schedule and we'll assign the right vehicle. Our fleet includes vans fitted with ramps and securement systems for manual chairs, power chairs, and scooters, so you'll have a safe, comfortable ride every time.
Can a family member or caregiver ride with me?
Absolutely. A companion is welcome on any trip at no additional cost in most situations. Mention it at booking time so we can make sure there's space and your driver knows to expect an extra passenger.

What is NEMT?
Non-Emergency Medical Transportation — NEMT — is a dedicated ride service for individuals who need help getting to medical care but whose situation doesn't call for an ambulance. Think dialysis treatments, follow-up visits, hospital discharges, and post-surgical rides home.
NEMT serves seniors who no longer drive, people living with disabilities, and anyone whose health condition makes it difficult or unsafe to get behind the wheel on their own. The vehicles used range from wheelchair-accessible vans with ramps and tie-down systems to stretcher-equipped transport and standard cars with trained drivers who offer hands-on walking assistance.
The most frequent NEMT trips are recurring ones — dialysis three times a week, physical therapy, cancer treatments, and regular checkups. It also handles one-time rides like getting home after outpatient surgery or a hospital discharge. The whole point is keeping people connected to the care that helps them stay healthier and live more independently.
Powered by Modern Technology
Every ride we provide is powered by Duet, a leading NEMT software platform. That means dependable scheduling, real-time vehicle tracking, and clear communication between you and your driver throughout the trip.
More Than a Ride
Behind every ride is a family trusting us with someone they love. That responsibility shapes everything we do — how we answer the phone, how our drivers greet your loved one, and how carefully we bring them home. No one in our care should feel like a number, and no one at home should spend the afternoon worrying.
