Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule?
Booking a day or two ahead works best. For rides to Ocala, Tavares, or Leesburg, give us 24-48 hours' notice — and during snowbird season, heavier US-441 traffic can add travel time. If you have a recurring appointment like dialysis, we can build a standing schedule so every ride is taken care of.
What if I need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
Let us know when you book and we'll handle the rest. Our fleet includes wheelchair-accessible vans equipped with ramps and secure tie-downs, and we can accommodate manual wheelchairs, power chairs, and scooters. We'll match you with the right vehicle.
