Non-Emergency Medical Transportation in Clermont, FL
Safe, reliable rides for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Why Choose Us
Clermont sits in the rolling hills of south Lake County, and while the scenery is beautiful, the spread-out layout means getting to medical care takes real planning. Whether you're heading to Orlando Health South Lake Hospital on Don Wickham Drive, a dialysis session at DaVita Clermont Dialysis, or a specialist appointment in downtown Orlando, we provide professional, door-to-door medical transportation for the rides that matter most. Our service covers everything from recurring dialysis trips and hospital visits to everyday rides around town — church, the pharmacy, dinner with family. If you live near US-27 or anywhere across Lake County, we'll get you where you need to go, safely and on time.
Every ride starts with a driver at your front door. They walk alongside you to the vehicle, make sure you're settled, and wait for you at your appointment. Our drivers know the medical corridors along Don Wickham Drive and North Hancock Road, and they navigate US-27 traffic to keep your day on track. It's the kind of care we'd want for our own families — attentive, reliable, and personal.

Testimonials
I've had bad experiences with medical transport before, so I was skeptical. But this team changed my mind completely. Professional, punctual, and genuinely caring. The ride home after my procedure was seamless.
– Sandra G.
My brother has intellectual disabilities and needs rides to his day program five days a week. The drivers have been wonderful with him — patient, gentle, and always on time. It's transformed our routine.
– Walter F.
What I appreciate most is that the drivers don't make assumptions. They ask me what I need, how I want to be positioned, and whether I'm comfortable. That respect for my autonomy means everything.
– Gerald R.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a ride?
Call us at 877-369-5457 or tap the "Book a Ride" button on our website. We recommend booking 24-48 hours in advance for non-urgent trips, though same-day rides may be available depending on your area.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule?
A day or two of notice works well for local appointments. For recurring needs like dialysis, we set up a standing schedule. For specialty trips to Orlando, book early so we can account for SR-50 and US-27 traffic, which can add 30-45 minutes during rush hour.
What if I need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
Let us know when you book and we'll handle it. Our vehicles include wheelchair-accessible vans with ramps and secure tie-down systems, built for manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and scooters. We'll assign the right vehicle to your ride.
Can a family member or caregiver ride with me?
Yes — a family member or caregiver can ride along at no extra charge in most situations. Just let us know when you book so your driver is prepared.

What is NEMT?
NEMT, or Non-Emergency Medical Transportation, is a professional ride service designed for people who need a safe, dependable way to reach medical appointments but don't require an ambulance. It fills the gap between driving yourself and calling 911.
Seniors who've stopped driving, individuals living with disabilities, and people managing chronic health conditions are the riders who rely on NEMT most. The vehicles are purpose-built for their needs — wheelchair-accessible vans with ramps and tie-downs, stretcher transport for those who can't sit upright, and standard cars driven by professionals trained in hands-on walking assistance.
Common NEMT rides include recurring trips like dialysis sessions, cancer treatments, and physical therapy, along with one-time needs like post-surgery pickups and hospital discharges. The goal behind every ride is simple: help people access the care they need so they can stay healthier and live more independently.
Powered by Modern Technology
Every ride we provide is powered by Duet, a purpose-built NEMT software platform. You get real-time tracking, dependable scheduling, and direct communication with your driver from the moment you book.
More Than a Ride
Booking a ride with us means trusting us with someone who matters to you — a parent, a spouse, a lifelong friend. We take that seriously. From the first phone call to the moment your loved one walks through their front door, every part of our service is built around one priority: making sure no one ever has to worry about the ride.
