Non-Emergency Medical Transportation in Ocoee, FL
Safe, reliable rides for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Why Choose Us
Ocoee sits on the western edge of Orange County, and while the city has grown quickly, its medical options haven't always kept pace. Orlando Health – Health Central Hospital anchors the local healthcare landscape along West Colonial Drive, but residents needing specialty care often travel east into downtown Orlando to reach Orlando Health ORMC or AdventHealth Orlando. For seniors and anyone who depends on others for rides, that kind of travel along congested SR-50 can turn a 15-minute drive into a 40-minute ordeal. We provide professional, door-to-door medical transportation across Ocoee and Orange County for dialysis, specialist visits, hospital trips, and the everyday rides that keep life moving.
Every ride begins at your front door. Our drivers greet you, help you to the vehicle, and make sure you're comfortable before we head out. When your appointment is done, they're right there waiting. It's attentive, on-time service built on the understanding that you're trusting us with the person you love most — and we treat that trust like it's our own family.
On-Time, Every Time
We know medical appointments can't wait. Our providers prioritize punctuality so you never miss a treatment.

Testimonials
My mom was discharged after a fall and she was scared about the ride home. The driver was so gentle and reassuring with her. She told me afterward that she felt safe the whole time.
– Lisa N.
My daughter has recurring specialist visits and she gets anxious about medical trips. The regular driver they send is amazing with her — patient, kind, and always puts her at ease.
– Samuel J.
I need to stay in my wheelchair for transport and the tie-down system in their vehicles is excellent. No bouncing, no shifting during turns. I actually feel more secure in their van than in most other vehicles.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a ride?
Call us at 877-369-5457 or use the "Book a Ride" button on our website. We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance for most rides, though same-day availability may be possible depending on your area and vehicle availability.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule?
We suggest scheduling at least 24 hours ahead whenever possible. Dialysis patients and others with recurring needs can lock in a weekly schedule with one call. If you're heading from Ocoee to a specialist in downtown Orlando, build in extra buffer — morning congestion on SR-50 routinely adds 20-35 minutes.
What if I need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
When you schedule your ride, let us know you need wheelchair access and share your chair type or size. We carry vans fitted with ramps and dedicated tie-down systems that handle manual wheelchairs, power chairs, and scooters, and we make sure the right one is reserved for your trip.
Can a family member or caregiver ride with me?
Yes — we are happy to have a family member or caregiver ride along at no extra cost on most trips. Add them to the reservation when you schedule so your driver is ready for an additional passenger.

What is NEMT?
Non-Emergency Medical Transportation, or NEMT, is a professional ride service designed for people who need safe, dependable transportation to healthcare appointments but don't require an ambulance. It fills the gap between driving yourself and calling 911.
NEMT riders include seniors who no longer drive, individuals managing disabilities, and people with ongoing health conditions that make getting behind the wheel impractical. The vehicles range from wheelchair-accessible vans with ramps and tie-down systems to stretcher transport and standard cars with trained drivers who provide hands-on walking assistance.
Common NEMT trips include recurring appointments like dialysis three times a week, cancer treatment, physical therapy, and regular check-ups. It also covers one-time needs such as rides home after outpatient surgery or hospital discharges. The goal is simple: help people reach the care that keeps them healthy and independent.
Powered by Modern Technology
Every ride we provide runs on Duet, a leading NEMT software platform. For you, that means real-time vehicle tracking, dependable scheduling, and direct communication with your driver from pickup to drop-off.
More Than a Ride
Every time someone books a ride with us, they're placing a parent, a spouse, or a close friend in our hands. We don't take that lightly. Everything we do centers on one thing: making sure the person in our care — and the family waiting at home — never has to worry about the ride.
