The easiest way is to call us directly at 877-369-5457. You can also click the "Book a Ride" button on our website. We ask for at least 24-48 hours of notice for most trips, though same-day rides may be available depending on where you're located and what vehicles are in your area.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule?
A day or two ahead is ideal for most appointments. If you're a dialysis patient or have another recurring need, we can set up a standing schedule so your rides are automatically locked in each week — no need to call every time. We can sometimes accommodate next-day or same-day requests based on vehicle availability in your area.
What if I need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
Let us know when you book and we'll assign a wheelchair-accessible van to your ride. Our vehicles are equipped with ramps and secure tie-down systems that accommodate manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and scooters. If you have a specific chair type or size, mention it when you call so we can match you with the right vehicle.
Can a family member or caregiver ride with me?
Yes — a companion is welcome to ride along on most trips at no additional charge. Just let us know when you schedule so the driver is expecting them.
