Non-Emergency Medical Transportation in Greenwood, IN
Safe, reliable rides for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Why Choose Us
Greenwood is one of the fastest-growing suburbs in central Indiana, and its medical care is split between two places — the hospitals along County Line Road and Emerson Parkway here in town, and the specialty and academic centers up in Indianapolis. We provide professional, door-to-door medical transportation across Greenwood and Johnson County so you never have to figure out that drive alone. Whether you're heading to Community Hospital South, a dialysis appointment at U.S. Renal Care, OrthoIndy Greenwood Hospital, or just running errands around town, we get you there safely and on time.
Every ride begins at your front door. Our drivers greet you, help you to the vehicle, and make sure you're settled before we pull away. When your appointment wraps up, we're there waiting. It's the kind of care you'd arrange for your own parent — patient, dependable, and built on the understanding that the person riding with us is the person you love most.

My sister needs rides to her pulmonologist every other week. The service is so reliable that I've stopped even thinking about it. That's the highest compliment I can give — it just works.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a ride?
Booking is simple: give us a call at 877-369-5457, or tap the "Book a Ride" button on our website. For trips that aren't urgent, 24-48 hours' notice is ideal, though we can sometimes fit in a same-day ride depending on where you're located.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
Aim for 24-48 hours' notice on routine visits. Indianapolis trips cross County Line Road and run into I-65 and US-31 rush hour, and spread-out Center Grove pickups need extra buffer — so earlier is better there. Standing dialysis schedules can be locked in once.
Do your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
Yes — just mention it when you book. Part of our fleet is wheelchair-accessible vans fitted with ramps and secure tie-downs, and we can transport manual chairs, power chairs, and scooters alike. The right vehicle gets matched to your trip.
Can a family member ride along?
Absolutely — in most cases a family member or caregiver can ride with you at no added charge. Mention it during booking so your driver knows to expect the extra passenger.

What is NEMT?
NEMT stands for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation — a professional ride service for people who need a safe, dependable way to reach medical appointments but aren't facing a situation that calls for an ambulance.
It's built for seniors who've stopped driving, people living with disabilities, and anyone managing a condition that makes driving difficult. The vehicles match the need — wheelchair-accessible vans with ramps and tie-downs, stretcher transport for riders who can't sit up, and standard cars with drivers trained in hands-on walking assistance.
For some riders, the need is recurring — dialysis three times a week, cancer treatment, or a months-long physical therapy plan. For others, it's a one-time trip home from a surgical center. Either way, the purpose holds steady: connecting people with the care that keeps them healthy and independent.
Powered by Modern Technology
Every ride we coordinate runs on Duet, a leading NEMT software platform. It delivers real-time vehicle tracking, dependable scheduling, and clear communication with your driver from booking to arrival.
More Than a Ride
When you choose us, you're trusting us with someone who matters — a parent, a spouse, a friend. That trust shapes everything. From the first call to the moment your loved one is settled back home, we hold to one promise: the ride should never be the thing anyone has to worry about.
