Reach us by phone at 877-369-5457, or use the "Book a Ride" button on this site. Non-urgent trips are easiest to arrange with 24-48 hours of lead time, but depending on your location we can sometimes fit in a same-day request.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
Routine appointments work best with a day or two of notice. Eagle Creek trips often run out to Avon, downtown, or the 86th Street corridor, where I-465 and I-65 back up at rush hour, so 24-48 hours ahead is safest. Recurring rides like dialysis can be set on a standing schedule.
