Non-Emergency Medical Transportation in Clayton, IN
Safe, reliable rides for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Why Choose Us
Clayton is a small town with no hospital of its own, so nearly every medical trip means heading to another community — Hendricks Regional Health in Danville, IU Health West in Avon, or one of the big Indianapolis hospitals up I-70. For a senior or a non-driver, that's not a quick errand. It's a 20-to-40-minute drive each way, and public transit won't get you there. We provide professional, door-to-door medical transportation across Clayton and Hendricks County for dialysis appointments, specialist visits, hospital trips, and the everyday rides that keep life moving.
Every ride begins at your front door. Our drivers greet you, help you to the vehicle, and make sure you're settled before the trip starts. When your appointment wraps up, they're already there waiting. It's the kind of care you'd arrange for your own parent — patient, on time, and grounded in the understanding that the person riding with us is the person you love most.
On-Time, Every Time
We know medical appointments can't wait. Our providers prioritize punctuality so you never miss a treatment.
Trained, Compassionate Drivers
All drivers are trained in patient assistance, ADA compliance, and safe transport protocols.
Door-to-Door Service
From your front door to the facility entrance and back—we're with you every step of the way.
Simple, Transparent Pricing
Know your cost upfront, no surprise fees. We'll give you a clear quote before you book.
Your Safety Is the Priority
Every vehicle is regularly inspected, fully insured, and equipped to meet your needs. You're in good hands from pickup to drop-off.

Testimonials
The wheelchair-accessible vehicle was ready when I was wheeled out. No waiting in the lobby, no confusion. They had everything coordinated perfectly with the discharge team.
– William E.
My brother has intellectual disabilities and needs rides to his day program five days a week. The drivers have been wonderful with him — patient, gentle, and always on time. It's transformed our routine.
– Walter F.
My husband's wheelchair weighs over 300 pounds with him in it. The driver didn't flinch — just deployed the ramp and guided him in like he'd done it a thousand times. Total professional.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a ride?
Just give us a call at 877-369-5457 or tap the "Book a Ride" button on our website. For trips that aren't urgent, booking a day or two ahead works best, though same-day rides may be possible depending on where you are.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
Since Clayton has no hospital of its own, most appointments mean a 20-to-40-minute drive to Danville, Avon, or Indianapolis. Book a few days ahead, especially for recurring dialysis or early-morning visits, so we can plan the longer trip. For standing needs, we'll set up a recurring schedule.
Do your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
Yes. Mention it during booking and a wheelchair-accessible van with a ramp and secure tie-down system will be reserved for your trip. Manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and scooters are all accommodated, with the right vehicle confirmed ahead of time.
Can a family member ride along?
Of course. In most cases a family member or caregiver is welcome to come along at no extra charge. Just let us know when you book so the driver can plan for the extra seat.

What is NEMT?
NEMT stands for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation. When someone needs a safe, dependable way to get to medical care but isn't dealing with an emergency that warrants an ambulance, this is the professional ride service that fills that gap.
The riders who count on NEMT are usually seniors who no longer drive, people living with disabilities, and anyone whose health makes driving difficult. The vehicles match those needs — wheelchair-accessible vans with ramps and tie-downs, stretcher transport for riders who can't sit upright, and standard cars with drivers trained in hands-on walking assistance.
Some NEMT trips repeat on a fixed rhythm — dialysis several times a week, cancer treatment, physical therapy, routine checkups. A single trip home following outpatient surgery or a hospital discharge falls on the other end of the spectrum. The aim never changes: connect people with the care that keeps them healthy and independent.
Powered by Modern Technology
Every ride runs on Duet, a leading NEMT software platform. You get real-time vehicle tracking, dependable scheduling, and clear communication with your driver from booking to drop-off.
More Than a Ride
When a family reaches out, they're trusting us with someone who matters deeply to them — a parent, a spouse, a lifelong friend. We don't take that lightly. From the first phone call to the moment your loved one is home safe, everything we do is built so no one ever has to worry about the ride.
