Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule?
Booking a day or two ahead works well for most appointments. For recurring needs like dialysis, we'll set up a standing schedule so you never have to rebook. Orlando's layout means cross-city trips can take 30-45 minutes during rush hour, so build in extra time. Same-day rides may be available.
What if I need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
