Non-Emergency Medical Transportation in Center Grove, IN
Safe, reliable rides for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Why Choose Us
The Center Grove area is an unincorporated stretch of northern Johnson County tucked between Greenwood and Bargersville, with no hospital, dialysis clinic, or full-service medical campus inside its informal boundaries — so every appointment means a drive out of the community. We provide door-to-door rides from Stones Crossing, Smith Valley, Saddle Club, and the rest of the area to Franciscan Health Indianapolis, Community Hospital South, OrthoIndy Greenwood Hospital, Johnson Memorial Health in Franklin, and the downtown academic hospitals — whether the trip is dialysis, a specialist follow-up, or a Sunday service.
Every ride starts at your front door — a home along Smith Valley Road, a place near Saddle Club, a porch off Stones Crossing. Our driver greets you, walks you to the van, and makes sure you're settled before we pull away. When your appointment ends, we're already at the entrance waiting. It's the kind of care we'd want for our own parents — patient, attentive, built on trust.

Testimonials
Being discharged with an IV drip and a walker felt impossible. The driver helped with everything and made sure my equipment was secure. I felt like I was in caring hands the whole way.
– Karen P.
I was spending four hours a day driving my parents to their various appointments. Now they have a reliable ride service and I have my life back. The quality of care is excellent.
– Laura C.
My electric wheelchair is large and heavy, and most services struggle with it. These drivers handle it with confidence. The vehicle is roomy enough that I don't feel cramped, and the ride is always smooth.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a ride?
Booking is one quick phone call to 877-369-5457, or you can tap the "Book a Ride" button on this page. We prefer 24 to 48 hours of notice for non-urgent appointments, though if a van is already running through Greenwood or the Center Grove area we can often work in a same-day pickup.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
Plan on 24 to 48 hours of notice for routine trips, with extra buffer for early-morning Indianapolis appointments since I-65 near I-465 and SR-135 stack up fast at rush hour. Winter ice on Stones Crossing Road is another reason to plan ahead. Dialysis riders can lock in a standing schedule.
Do your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
Yes — flag it on the booking and we'll send an accessible van. Each one carries a rated ramp and full tie-down straps, and the cabin handles manual chairs, power chairs, and most mobility scooters. Telling us which device you use lets us match you with the right setup.
Can a family member ride along?
Yes, in nearly every case. A spouse, adult child, caregiver, or close friend is welcome to come along at no extra charge — just mention it when you book so we hold a seat for them.

What is NEMT?
NEMT — short for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation — is a planned ride service for people who need help getting to medical care but don't require an ambulance. It bridges the gap between calling a family member and calling 911.
Riders tend to be older adults who have given up driving, people living with a disability, and anyone whose treatment leaves them unsteady behind the wheel. Three vehicle types cover most needs: wheelchair-accessible vans with ramps and tie-downs, stretcher units for riders who must travel reclined, and standard cars with drivers trained to help on foot.
Some trips follow a recurring rhythm — dialysis sessions three mornings a week, weekly chemotherapy, ongoing physical therapy — while others are one-time runs like an outpatient surgery pickup or a hospital discharge. The aim stays the same in every case: keep transportation from being the reason care gets skipped.
Powered by Modern Technology
Every Center Grove ride runs through Duet, a leading NEMT software platform. Riders get live van tracking, dependable pickup windows, and an open line to their driver from booking to drop-off.
More Than a Ride
Every booking means a family is handing us someone they love — a parent, a partner, a longtime neighbor. We take that seriously. From the first phone call to the final drop-off back in the Center Grove area, no one — the rider in the van or the family waiting at home — should have to wonder how the trip is going.
