The fastest way is to call us at 877-369-5457, or you can click the "Book a Ride" button anywhere on this site. For routine trips, we recommend booking 24 to 48 hours ahead, though same-day rides are sometimes possible depending on driver availability near you.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule?
A day or two of notice works well for routine appointments. Pad a little extra for rides over the Bridge of Lions, dialysis trips along Whitehall Drive, or I-95 runs to Jacksonville specialty hospitals — and tourist season can slow downtown trips. Standing dialysis schedules are set once and never need rebooking.
What if I need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
Mention it when you book and we'll have the right vehicle assigned. Our wheelchair-accessible vans come equipped with ramps and secured tie-down systems, and they handle manual chairs, power chairs, and scooters. There's no extra step on your end — just let us know.
Can a family member or caregiver ride with me?
