Non-Emergency Medical Transportation in San Pablo, FL
Safe, reliable rides for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Why Choose Us
San Pablo sits in a quiet pocket of east Duval County where most residents live within a few minutes of Mayo Clinic Jacksonville on San Pablo Road and Baptist Medical Center Beaches up in Jacksonville Beach. The flip side is that almost every other appointment — a cardiologist downtown, an infusion at Ascension St. Vincent's Southside, a hospital discharge from HCA Florida Memorial — pulls you west on J. Turner Butler Boulevard and across the Intracoastal. We provide door-to-door non-emergency medical transportation for that geography, covering dialysis sessions, oncology and specialty visits at Mayo, hospital trips, and the everyday rides that keep the rest of the week moving.
Every ride begins inside the front door, not at the end of a long Beaches driveway. Our drivers come up the walk, greet you by name, and stay alongside you until you're settled and the belt is buckled. The van is already pulled in and waiting when the appointment ends. That's the level of care a family would arrange for their own parent, and it's the reason San Pablo households keep trusting us with the person they love most.

Testimonials
My daughter arranged the ride for me after my hysterectomy. The driver was a young man who was incredibly respectful and helpful. He made sure I was comfortable before we even left the parking lot.
– Marilyn D.
My dad goes to his cardiologist, his diabetes doctor, and his eye specialist — all on different schedules. They manage all three without a single mix-up. Incredible organization.
– Mildred T.
The wheelchair lockdown system in the vehicle was the best I've experienced. Four-point tie-down, shoulder belt option, and the driver tested every connection. I felt completely secure the entire trip.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a ride?
Call our team at 877-369-5457 to set up a ride, or use the "Book a Ride" button you'll find anywhere on this site. For non-urgent visits, we suggest booking a day or two ahead. Same-day rides are sometimes possible when a driver is already working a route near the Beaches.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
For routine trips, 24 to 48 hours of lead time is the sweet spot — especially for Mayo Clinic visits or any JTB run, since Intracoastal bridge traffic and beach-season congestion can shift pickups by 20 to 30 minutes. For dialysis, we set up a standing weekly schedule.
Do your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
Just flag the wheelchair when you book and we'll send a van built for it. Our accessible vans are equipped with safety ramps and four-point securement straps, and they handle manual chairs, power chairs, and mobility scooters with no fuss. Every booking is matched to the vehicle that fits the rider's specific equipment.
Can a family member ride along?
Yes — for most trips a spouse, adult child, or caregiver is welcome to ride with you at no additional cost. Let us know about the second rider during booking so we can save the seat and the driver knows to look for two of you at the door.

What is NEMT?
NEMT — Non-Emergency Medical Transportation — is a scheduled ride service for people who need a dependable way to get to medical care without dialing 911. It bridges the gap between an ambulance call and a favor from a neighbor.
The riders who depend on it are seniors who've given up the keys, adults living with a disability, and anyone whose condition makes driving unsafe. The vehicles match the rider — wheelchair-accessible vans with ramps, stretcher transport for patients who must travel flat, and standard cars staffed by drivers trained in walking help.
Much of the work falls into weekly rhythms — dialysis, chemotherapy, physical therapy, recurring specialist visits — and the rest is one-off pickups like outpatient surgery discharges or hospital releases. Either way, the goal stays simple: keep people connected to the care that lets them stay home.
Powered by Modern Technology
Every San Pablo trip runs on Duet, a purpose-built NEMT software platform that pairs live vehicle tracking with reliable pickup windows and direct rider-to-driver communication from the moment you book through drop-off.
More Than a Ride
When a San Pablo family books with us, they're entrusting a parent, a spouse, or an old friend to our care. That weight stays with us the whole trip. From the first call to the moment the front door closes behind the rider, the work points at one promise — nobody on board should ever have to wonder about the ride.
