The fastest way is to phone us at 877-369-5457. You can also click the "Book a Ride" button on this site. We suggest 24-48 hours of lead time for non-urgent rides, though same-day pickups are sometimes available depending on where you are on the island.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
Because Anastasia Island is reached only via the Bridge of Lions or the SR-312 Bridge, we recommend booking 24-48 hours ahead. During peak tourist season and weekends, bridge backups can add real travel time, so extra lead helps. Same-day rides are sometimes available for on-island pickups.
