Non-Emergency Medical Transportation in Plant City, FL
Safe, reliable rides for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Why Choose Us
Plant City sits between Tampa and Lakeland on the I-4 corridor, and that location shapes how medical care works here. South Florida Baptist Hospital and the cluster of clinics along Park Road and Alexander Street handle a lot of day-to-day needs, but specialty care often means a 30 to 45 minute drive west to Tampa General or east to Lakeland Regional Health. We provide professional, door-to-door medical transportation across Plant City and Hillsborough County for dialysis at the Innovative Renal Care Kidney Center, treatment at DaVita Plant City Dialysis, hospital trips, specialist appointments in Tampa, and the everyday rides that keep life moving.
Every ride starts at your door. Our driver greets you, walks alongside to the vehicle, and gets you settled before we head out. When your appointment is done, we're already there. This is the kind of service we'd arrange for our own parents — patient, on time, and built around the understanding that the person riding with us is someone's whole world.
On-Time, Every Time
We know medical appointments can't wait. Our providers prioritize punctuality so you never miss a treatment.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a ride?
Booking is simple — phone us at 877-369-5457 or click the "Book a Ride" button on this page. For trips that aren't urgent, 24-48 hours of advance notice is best, although we can sometimes accommodate same-day requests depending on driver availability near you.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule?
Booking 24-48 hours ahead is best, especially for early-morning Tampa runs since I-4 at the I-75 interchange can add 25-40 minutes during rush hour. Trips to Lakeland Regional Health run 30 to 45 minutes east on I-4. Dialysis riders can lock in a standing schedule.
What if I need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
Just mention it when you book and we'll send a wheelchair-accessible van. Our vehicles come equipped with ramps and secure tie-down systems that work for manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and scooters. Tell us which type of chair you use so we can match you with the right vehicle.
Can a family member or caregiver ride with me?
Of course. On most rides, a companion travels along with you at no extra charge. Just mention them during booking so your driver is prepared with seating ready when we arrive.

What is NEMT?
NEMT — Non-Emergency Medical Transportation — is a professional ride service for people who need a safe way to reach medical appointments without requiring an ambulance. Common uses include dialysis sessions, hospital discharges, doctor visits, and recovery follow-ups.
The riders who count on NEMT are typically seniors who've given up driving, people living with disabilities, and anyone whose health condition makes getting behind the wheel risky. Vehicles range from wheelchair-accessible vans with ramps and tie-downs, to stretcher-equipped transport, to standard cars with drivers trained to provide hands-on walking assistance.
Most NEMT trips are recurring — dialysis three days a week, radiation therapy, physical rehab, ongoing specialist visits — but plenty are one-time rides after outpatient surgery or a hospital stay. The purpose stays the same: connecting people to the care they need so they can stay healthy and independent.
Powered by Modern Technology
Every ride we run is powered by Duet, a leading NEMT software platform. That gives you real-time vehicle tracking, dependable scheduling, and direct communication with your driver throughout the trip.
More Than a Ride
When a family calls us, they're handing us their parent, their spouse, their best friend. We don't take that lightly. From the booking call to the moment your loved one is back home, everything we do is built around one promise: nobody riding with us should ever wonder if the ride will be there.
