Booking is easy — call us at 877-369-5457, or tap the "Book a Ride" button at the top of any page on the website. We recommend 24 to 48 hours of notice for non-urgent trips, but same-day pickups are sometimes available depending on driver availability close to you.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
For routine appointments, 24 to 48 hours of notice works best, and dialysis can go on a standing schedule. Capitol Heights sits within roughly 10 miles of three major hospitals, so most local trips are short. Beltway rush hour and DC specialty trips do need extra buffer time.
Do your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
