How do I book a ride?
Reach us by phone at 877-369-5457 or tap the "Book a Ride" button anywhere on this site. For non-urgent appointments, we recommend booking 24 to 48 hours ahead, though same-day rides may be available depending on where you live and the vehicle type you need.
Do you accept Medicaid, Medicare or other health insurance?
We take credit card or cash payment if you book directly with us. For payment using health plans or 3rd party-payers, you will need to contact these parties directly to secure authorization of the trips and many of them may require you to book directly through them.
How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
Because ChampionsGate riders often travel 15 to 25 miles to hospitals in Davenport, Kissimmee, Celebration, or Orlando, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice on early-morning dialysis trips or anything crossing I-4 in rush hour. Recurring trips run on a standing schedule.
Do your vehicles accommodate wheelchairs?
Yes — please mention it when you book and we'll dispatch the right vehicle. Our wheelchair-accessible vans come equipped with ramps and secure tie-down systems, and they handle manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and scooters with no trouble.
Can a family member ride along?
